Meet Gavin
Gavin Vargas is a 27-year-old top-producing Realtor specializing in residential real estate throughout Southeastern Washington since 2019. He was raised in a family of real estate professionals—most notably his late grandfather, Jeff Thompson, founder of Windermere Group One and former Washington State Real Estate Commissioner—whose legacy continues to influence the industry today.
Gavin graduated from Washington State University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in business and immediately began helping home buyers and sellers. He started by assisting family members and other long-time real estate veterans, allowing him to learn, gain experience, and develop valuable skills quickly.
He leverages his competitive nature, discipline, and passion for helping people take ownership of not just homes, but their lives. His mission is to help clients maximize their potential through buying and selling real estate. By utilizing aggressive, proactive, and cutting-edge marketing and negotiation strategies, Gavin has helped more than 200 households unlock the power of homeownership.
